We love bringing new homes on board, allowing us to meet new owners, but most of all, allowing us to bring a greater diversity of Lancelin holiday homes to YOU.
These homes have already made their mark and have been warmly welcomed by all our guests!

Seldom Inn
There’s so much to love about this tropical treehouse! Joining us at the end of January, Seldom Inn truly has made its mark here at LBB.
Featuring expansive views of both the ocean and Lancelin Island, the home is conveniently located right in the middle of Lancelin Beach Hotel and Endeavour Tavern, so the biggest decision you’ll have to make while holidaying, is which pub to go to!
The multi-layered tropical paradise comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests so it’s ideal for families looking for the ultimate family holiday home.
Say hello to balmy summer nights on the balcony, where you’ll stunning views of Lano’s ocean. Fire up the BBQ, kick back and enjoy a few bevies. As the wind comes in, head out to the fully secured backyard, complete with a pizza oven, hammocks and plenty of grass space.
Cast-a-way
Next to join us in March 2022 was Cast-a-way, a cosy & affordable 3-bedroom home in the heart of Lancelin.
This authentic abode is situated just minutes from the beach, shops, Lancelin’s famous dunes, and only a 10-minute walk away from Endeavour Tavern.
When it comes to the inside, Cast-a-way is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay – a woodfire oven to cosy around in the cooler months an air con/ceiling fans for the warmer months.
The large, secured backyard is perfect for a pre-dinner game of backyard cricket, or for the kids to burn off energy while you kickback and relax.
What’s best, the home is pet-friendly so you can bring your furry friends along for the holiday too.
Hamptons
Another home that joined us in March was the beautiful Hamptons!
For this home, it’s all in the name – a light, bright, spacious and Hampton’s style home.
This newly renovated two-storey home is located on a quiet street in Lancelin, only minutes away from the Back beach, Lancelin Bay, the skatepark, bakery, shops and eateries.
You’ll find the heart of the home upstairs, complemented by not only one, but TWO spacious balconies. Take your pick and enjoy your morning cuppa on one side and your evening beverage on the other.
Known for its modern fittings and furnishings, including Smart TVs with Netflix and an outdoor firepit, you can guarantee that this home has everything you need for a stress-free family getaway.
White Sands
Then came along White Sands – a delightful 4×2 home, just 300m from Lancelin’s Back Beach!
Step into this home and you’ll be welcomed by its coastal vibes, making you feel instantly on holiday. Enjoy the expansive kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and WIFI – all the necessities for making your stay a breeze!
When it comes to the outside, step out the front door and look out to the Back Beach sand dunes. The backyard features a large alfresco area, ideal for those summer days when you feel like firing up the BBQ and enjoying alfresco dining with friends or family.
White Sands really is your home away from home.
Back Beach Guest House
Light, airy and nestled in a quiet part of town, Back Beach Guest House may have only joined us in July, but it has quickly become a guest favourite.
The newly fitted out 3×1 makes for the perfect, easy-breezy coastal escape. Open-plan living with plenty of space for the whole family to gather round, modern furniture and fittings and an abundance of board games for the ultimate games night!
If outdoor games are more your jam, the home also features a large, grassed backyard, ideal for round of backyard cricket.
Back Beach Guest House is also only a 1km to Back Beach too, perfect for a leisurely stroll, followed by a refreshing dip in the ocean.
Oceans Eight
Last (but certainly not least!), we were delighted to welcome Oceans Eight to our portfolio in November. Our guests have loved this spacious, modern and stunning 8-bedroom home.
Thoughtfully furnished and finished to a high level, the space is highly functional, whilst still maintaining a luxurious and homely feel.
Open-plan living, natural light, large table setting, huge double fridges, a dishwasher and a big sofa – this home is made for larger families or multiple families wanting to holiday together in the one home. You’ll even find a little play area for the little ones.
Trust us, this home will allow you and your family to enjoy finer amenities, while only being just a hop, skip and a jump from Lano beach!
