The Rodeo Drive of Lancelin – a.k.a Gingin Rd

In case you’re not already acquainted with Rodeo Drive, it is one of the world’s most exclusive luxury destinations located in Beverly Hills, California.

While we understood that Lano is no Beverly Hills, the long stretch of Gingin Rd is the hotspot of our coastal town and marks many of our most luxurious homes. Overlooking expansive ocean views, parks, and only walking distance to the pub and Endeavour Tavern, it’s no wonder we label it the Rodeo Drive of Lano!

Family Tides

Ideally located at the north end of Gingin Rd, Family Tides is known for its 180° ocean views and direct access to the beach, but that’s not all…

The inside of the home is perhaps even more breathtaking than the views (if that’s possible!). The upstairs is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that open out onto the expansive balcony – sunset with a glass of wine anyone?

Plus, when the sea breeze is in, you can escape to the rear of this home where you’ll find an undercover patio equipped with a BBQ, pizza oven and now a POOL. We don’t know about you, but we think it may just be the ultimate entertainment zone.

A little fun fact, Family Tides happens to be West Coast Eagle star Josh Kennedy’s fav coastal getaway home too.

Island View

When it comes to Island View, it’s all in the name – this home has remarkable views of the ocean and our iconic Lancelin Island. Just a few doors down from Family Tides, this property is only a short walk from the beach, local shops and eateries.

Natural light fills the upstairs and sliding doors open on to the balcony to let in the ocean breeze.

For the families, you’ll love that this home has a large, fully secured backyard AND front yard allowing the kids to burn off energy, while you kick back!

Anchors Away

Anchor’s Away is a stunning, spacious, and modern coastal home, made for the ultimate fun-filled family getaway. What’s best, there’s even enough space for another family to tag along and join in the fun too!

Walking distance to the beach, a large balcony overlooking the endless spanning ocean views, as well as an enclosed backyard for your furry friends or the little ones to run amok – Anchors Away is the definition of a relaxing, stress-free coastal escape.

What are you waiting for? Your next holiday awaits.

Brocky’s Place

An authentic and original Lano beach home, Brocky’s Place also marks it spot on the infamous Gingin Rd (and for good reason!).

After all, who doesn’t want to wake up to the sound of waves crashing and the smell of the ocean? With the beach on your doorstep and Endeavour Tavern and Lancelin Beach Hotel just down the road, Brocky’s Place is convenient too.

Cool, comfortable, and affordable sums up this home in a nutshell!

Mi Casa

Last but not least, we arrive at the beloved Mi Casa. Spanish for my house is yours, Mi Casa truly is your home away from home.

A two-story family home known for its location and functionality, inside you’ll find a u-shaped kitchen, comfortable lounge area and balcony with dining table and BBQ. As for the downstairs, that’s where the fun takes place, with a large games room complete with a pool table and sofas!

Head out the front doors, and say hello to the beach, playgrounds and views of Lancelin Island.
