And on those Summer nights where eating outside under the alfresco is a must, Big Bear provides the perfect setting. With a large secure and well maintained grass backyard, the kiddies will have plenty of space to burn off any excess energy.

Seascapes is a well-appointed Lancelin holiday house with everything you need to enjoy every moment of your stay.

As you pull up to this home and you’ll notice just how close you are to all of the amenities Lancelin has to offer. Your just a short walk away from the beach, fishing, the jetty, shops and so much more.

Filled with coastal vibes and character this Lancelin holiday home as multi zones to allow family members to break off and relax in their own style. As you enter the home your greeted with a sitting room that flows onto the dining room. Then to the rear of the home is another sitting/ lounge room with another dining table. This means no arguing over what to watch on the TV or who sits where at the dining table because you have options!

In kitchen is in the heart of the home and has everything you will need.

Out the back is a shaded alfresco and a large grassed area shade by leafy green trees. Plus, a fish filleting station so you prep dinner and throw it straight onto the BBQ.

This is the perfect home for some family time or a couples getaway. And because we want Seascapes to be an experience that your entire family can enjoy, we welcome you to bring your pet.

SALT AND SAND ESCAPE

The Salt and Sand Escape is located on a lovely street that is quiet at the east end of town, while still keeping you close enough for a walk to the shops or beach.

This magnificent home features loads of room and countless amenities for larger families and groups that want the best of both worlds when it comes to comfort and affordability.

Everything has been considered and catered for larger groups, you certainly won’t feel like sardines in this home! The dining area has a massive 10 seater dining table and positioned next to the breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats. The lounge features a large u-shaped couch plus two additional armchairs making movie night or kicking back watching the cricket after a big morning at the beach enjoyable for all!

Well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Large bathrooms, one featuring a spa bath and the second on a large corner bath!

If there wasn’t enough space inside then theré’s even more outside, with a large covered alfresco with BBQ and seating. Plus, fully fenced secure back yard which is ideal for small kids to play safely in.

Located in a beautiful yet quiet part of town, Seagulls is the ultimate seaside escape!

A light, bright and modern Lancelin beach cottage, perfect for couples or small families  Seagulls is decked out with everything guests need to make their getaway effortless.

Upon entry your instantly invited in by the nicely styled sofa, the perfect spot for reading a good book whilst being bathed in natural light from the expansive windows. In the centre of the home is the kitchen & breakfast bar, that overlooks the dining area. Leading you outside is lovely big backyard with bbq and plenty of space for a family game of cricket or football.

Seagulls interior is fresh, bright and coastal making you feel like your beachside!

For the creature comforts Seagulls has air conditioning making those hot Summer days more enjoyable.

COCKATOO

Cockatoo is a neat, bright and well-maintained two-story home located in the centre of town, only a short walk to the shops, jetty & beach.

This 4×2 home is dog friendly accommodation Lancelin and can comfortably sleep 9 guests prefect for a large family or two smaller families holidaying together. Featuring a TV sitting area upstairs that opens up to the balcony, a downstairs sitting area with TV- allowing ABC kids to be on one TV while Dad can catch a game of summer sports on the other TV!

A bright dining room makes it inviting for all to join at meal time and fully equipped kitchen perfect for whipping up the family favourites.

To the rear of the home is an alfresco with BBQ, a large secure and safe backyard, perfect for the kids & doggo to run amok.

Hook Wine and Sinker – We are proud to offer our guests this lovely family holiday home which also caters for those guests with a disability. A neat & tidy 4 bed home that is situated in a beautiful quiet street at the south end of town.

In the center of the home is the kitchen, fully equipped & functional. To the rear is a large multi purpose room, with additional beds, table & chairs plus games & books, making this room ideal for the kids to play or overflow for other guests.

The backyard is secure and has plenty of room for the family pet and a fig tree that when in season produces THE BEST FIGS EVER…..

All shower and toilets are fitted with grab bars, hallways and entryways are wider to allow wheelchair access.

FAMILY TIDES

If location is important to you, then don’t let this ideally located home at the north end of Gingin rd pass you by. With nothing obstructing your ocean views, direct access to the beach via Harold Park and only a stone’s throw to the Lancelin Beach Hotel, there’s a lot to love about Family Tides location.

BUT, that’s not all there is to love about this home. Upstairs is bathed in natural light from floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. A gourmet kitchen equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine (pods provided). An open plan living and dining area with a large table setting to cater for all and a large U-shaped sofa allowing plenty of room to kickback & relax after a long day in the sun.

Downstairs, double doors open out to face the ocean allowing you to let in the fresh ocean air while indulging in a good book or catching up a game of sport.

And, when the sea breeze is in you can escape to the rear of this home to continue to enjoy our balmy WA evenings in the vast undercover patio equipped with a BBQ & a pizza oven, the perfect entertainment area.

Family Tides sleeps 14+ guests and is ideal for multiple families or those holidaying in a larger group.

Imagine winding down at the end of the day this expansive balcony with a glass of wine in hand, watching the sun fall behind Lancelin’s iconic island.
