A bright & cosy two-story holiday unit, nestled in a central unit block right in the heart of Lancelin. Conveniently located just walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and the beautiful Lancelin Bay, the kids can ride their bikes while you take a leisurely stroll. The Lancelin Endeavour Tavern and Lancelin Beach Hotel are also only a short walk away.

With a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge with TV and DVD, and extras including sporting equipment that can be used on the Lancelin primary school oval and courts next door – there’s plenty to keep the kids occupied!

The car park is large enough if you have a boat or a caravan if you’re just stopping through for an overnight.

The owner of this home has tastefully finished it to a high level, imparting a luxurious & earthy feel to this beach side abode.

Currently accessible for guests is the master bedroom and spacious ensuite featuring a huge spa bath.

A sitting area with TV, a long gully-style kitchen kitted out with the latest appliances and electronics.

To the front of the home is a secure landscaped courtyard with BBQ & outdoor dining furniture. Plus, a veggie patch which guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs for their fresh BBQ Lancelin seafood!

The property is ideally situated just a short walk to the beach & the new boardwalk that leads you right to the doorstep of Lancelin Beach Hotel & Dunes Restaurant.

The Sand castle is wrapped with a balcony that allows you to enjoy picturesque views from all angles. Watch the sunrise over the iconic Lancelin sand dunes with a morning cuppa or watch the sun sink into the ocean with a cold bevy in the arvo – the choice is yours!

The upstairs is filled with natural light, with large floor to ceiling windows. The sliding doors opening to the balcony perfect for allowing the ocean breeze in, while putting your feet up for an arvo siesta on the lounge or catching a movie.

The kitchen is also conveniently located upstairs close to the balconies this makes sorting dinner or arvo nibbles a dream. Given the BBQ is also located on the rear balcony.

Welcome to Mi Casa,  Spanish for my house is yours. This is exactly how we want guests who stay at Mi Casa to feel, right at home.

This beachfront home is best known for its location, location, location! The beach is just steps away, playgrounds and dining within walking distance as well. But location isn’t the only thing this beach side abode has to offer.

Mi Casa is a two story home, with ocean views including the iconic Lancelin island. Upstairs is all about functionality, with a u-shaped kitchen,  comfortable lounge area, big balcony with dining table and BBQ. Downstairs is where the fun takes place with large games room with pool table and extra sofas.

LANCELIN BEACH HOUSE

Take a walk down memory lane….As you walk through the arch patio into this classic home.

Filled with items that will bring your instant nostalgia – think leather bar in living room, cassette players, pottery in the kitchen, oh and the peach laminate bench tops. This home will bring an instant smile to anyone who’s remembers the late 70’s, early 80s’.

While this home has classic flair it’s also has functionality and  practicality down packed. With a fully self contained kitchen, air conditioned, spacious lounge area and a washing machine in the laundry.

Outside is a large entertaining area with a BBQ and nice big secure yard perfect for the family pooch!

Positioned on a T-junction straight down the road is the Offshore cafe perfect for a freshly brewed morning cuppa before embarking on a beach stroll. Just minutes to the back beach famous for an array of outdoor activities such as surfing, wave-skis & swimming.
