Whether you wish to stay in the northern end of Lancelin near Endeavour Tavern and The Lookout, or you prefer the serenity of the southern end of town, ideally located right next to Lancelin’s stunning Back Beach – we have a home to accommodate your needs. 

For those opting for an escape to the stillness of the south end, we’ve made it easy and compiled a list. Take a peek at our southern most homes below: 

Let’s start on Casserley Way

White Sands

A delightful 4×2 home, White Sands is our closest home to Lancelin Back Beach – just a short 300m away! 

Located on a quiet street, this home is perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s also just down the road from Offshore Café, only a short walk for a morning cup of coffee or a lunchtime sausage roll.

Step inside this 4×2 home and you’ll be welcomed by its coastal vibes, making you instantly feel on holiday. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen (hello dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine), a secluded lounge area for the lil ones to unwind (with WIFI) and a large alfresco area, complete with a BBQ.

Lancelin Beach House

Wanting to stay somewhere unique and a lil different? Kick it old school in our one-of-a-kind Lancelin Beach House

Think leather bar in the living room, cassette players, pottery in the kitchen, oh and the peach laminate bench tops… This home will bring an instant smile to anyone who’s remembers the late 70’s, early 80s’. 

While this home has classic flair it’s also has functionality and practicality down packed. Head outside and you’ll be welcomed by the large entertaining area with a BBQ and nice big secure yard perfect for the family pooch!

Just a few doors down from White Sands, this home is also ideally located just metres from Back Beach.

Down the road on Catchpole Place

Ocean Breeze

Spacious, airy & walking distance to Lancelin’s Back Beach, Ocean Breeze is perfect for families looking for a relaxing coastal getaway!

Step into this 4×2 and you’ll be greeted by the lofty ceilings spanning over the main living area. With an open-plan set-up, you’ll find the dining table and kitchen conveniently located next to the living area, making it easy to gather around the dining table, continue the banter or have the footy on the Smart TV, all whilst prepping a feast in the kitchen.

Ocean Breeze is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, 800m to the main entrance of Lancelin’s famous Back Beach or 100m to a track at the end of the cul-de-sac that takes you straight down to the beach.

If it’s an effortless family getaway you’re looking for, then this is the home for you.

Now to Gee St

Hamptons

It’s all in the name – a light, bright and spacious, Hampton’s style home. Hamptons is a newly renovated two-storey home that will have you feeling instantly relaxed. 

Upstairs you’ll find the heart of the home, including a kitchen decked out with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Be welcomed by open-space living, complemented by not only one, but two spacious balconies. Take your pick and enjoy your morning cuppa while watching the sunrise or sip on an evening beverage while watching the kids run amok in the enclosed backyard.

Hamptons features a large, expansive driveway which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles and a boat. The secured backyard is ideal for a game of cricket and for those cooler evenings, you can relax around the outdoor firepit and enjoy toasted marshmallows (when fires permitted).

Things of Stone & Wood

A uniquely designed and newly built home with a stone & jarrah aesthetic, giving it the ultimate Australiana vibe. 

Things of Stone & Wood is decked out with all the latest appliances and modern fittings, including smart TVs with Netflix in the three King bedrooms (with split motorised beds) & in the kids room which features 2x trio bunks plus a sofa couch.

Enter the kitchen, complete with a microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, double fridges to store the leftovers and a dishwasher to save you from all the cleaning up! In the laundry, you’ll find two washing machines & a heat pump dryer as we know those beach towels will be high in use & need a refresh!

For those warmer nights, why not head outside to the fully secured backyard, where the kids can burn off energy while you fire up the double BBQ on the expansive jarrah deck?

If you’re bringing teens or the grandparents along, they can have their own space in the studio at the front of the home, fully equipped with a Queen bed, ensuite (with an enormous bathtub!), kitchenette & private front courtyard.

Hook, Wine & Sinker

At the very top end of Gee St where you’ll find Hook, Wine & Sinker, a neat and tidy 4-bedroom family holiday home. 

Step inside and at the centre of the home is an equipped and functional kitchen. To the rear is a large multipurpose room, with additional beds, table & chairs plus games & books, making this room ideal for the kids to play or overflow for other guests.

All shower and toilets are fitted with grab bars, hallways and entryways are wider to allow wheelchair access, catering for guests who may have a disability.

As for the backyard, not only is it secure and have plenty of room for your furry friends, but it has a fig tree that, when in season, produces THE BEST FIGS EVER…

Just around the corner on Whitfield St

Big Bear

Pull up to Big Bear and start holidaying the moment you arrive… a modern and cosy home, perfect for some R&R. 

Only a 10-minute walk away from the main shopping strip and the park, or head towards the beach and stop by Offshore Café on the way for a bite to eat. 

With a cosy fire in the family room and a modern u-shaped kitchen, this home is perfect for family holidays or couples looking for a romantic getaway. 

On those balmy summer nights, dining outside under the alfresco is a must. With a large secure and well-maintained grass backyard, both the kids and the family pooch will enjoy running amok while you kickback with a glass of wine. 

Sou Wester

A few doors down and you’ll see Sou Wester, a brand-new holiday home decked out with modern décor and quality fittings and furnishings.

The home’s open plan living allows you to cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, while watching your fav show or the footy on the Smart TV. It’s also ideal for when you need to keep the kids entertained while preparing dinner!

Escape to the courtyard where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining from your very own home. There’s even a hammock for you to kick back and relax with a book in hand.

Sou Wester sure does make holidaying easy – it’s perfect for a quiet, coastal getaway where all you have to do is pack your bags and go.

Seagulls

Look just across the road from Sou Wester and you’ll be greeted by this modern 2×2 Lancelin beach cottage – fittingly named Seagulls

A light, bright and airy coastal abode, decked out with everything you need to make your getaway effortless. Step inside and be welcomed by the natural light, bathing over the dining and kitchen area, before heading outside to the lovely big backyard with a BBQ, outdoor shower and basketball hoop. 

This cottage makes for the ultimate school holiday stay for small families. 

Last but not least, we head down Newby St

The Newby

Hello, The Newby, a cosy home away from home. The Newby is a 4-bedroom home with enough rooms for everyone to have their own space, while all staying together under the same roof. 

With air-conditioning throughout and a wood-burning stove in the lounge, the home caters for comfortable living any season of the year.

The alfresco, with its timber bar and outdoor fridge, overlooks the large, enclosed garden ready for the children and dog to exhaust themselves in. End the day with a peaceful evening, relaxing next to the outdoor wood-burning stove. It doesn’t get much cosier than that.
