DEPOSIT
In order to secure your holiday booking, we, Lancelin Beach Breaks hereon referred to as Booking Agent, ask for a minimum booking deposit of $200. The booking deposit is part of your tariff. The booking will be confirmed in writing within 7 days of receipt of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits must be made with a credit card, by contacting Lancelin Beach Breaks.

FINAL PAYMENT
Your final payment is required at least 1 (one) week prior to the start of your holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and/or the Booking Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. Payment can be made over the phone with credit card details given, or alternatively you may pay directly into our bank account, using internet banking.

Please Note: There will be a 2% bank charge on all credit card deposits & payments. Also please be aware that payments between various banks may take up to 2-3 working days to clear.

SECURITY BOND
Should any damages or excess cleaning occur, the Guest will be notified (usually within 5 working days after guests vacate the property) and an amount will be deducted from credit card that was given to make the deposit.

MINIMUM NIGHTS STAYS
Generally, the minimum nights stay is 2 (two) nights, unless stated on the Lancelin Beach Breaks website. This does not apply in the following periods: 3 (three) nights for long weekends, 4 (four) nights for Easter weekend and 5 (five) nights during Christmas and New Year peak season. If you require only one nights accommodation, an additional surcharge will apply (subject to availability)

SIZE OF PARTY
The number of guest occupying the property for the holiday must not exceed the number specified on the booking form. If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests occupying the property, the Booking Agent must be informed immediately. If approval is given for a change in the number of guests, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest. Guests are NOT permitted to have any parties or functions of any kind while staying at the holiday property.

DOGS AND PETS
Please do not allow your dog inside the house. We would appreciate you collecting any pet`s droppings, sealing them in a plastic bag provided (in kitchen drawer) and disposing it in the outside bin. Please never leave your dog alone at home. If there is a need to fix damage to the gardens or to carry out extra cleaning because of your pets, eg: fleas or residual dog hair, then you will be charged for such costs.

CANCELLATIONS
If the booking is cancelled in writing 2 (two) weeks prior to the date of commencement of your holiday, you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. However the deposit is non-refundable.

UNUSED SERVICES
Where the Guests chooses to cut short their stay or reduce the number of guests in the booking, a refund, credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property, and to observe the "NO SMOKING INSIDE" policy. Any faults, damages, or breakages must be reported to the Booking Agent as soon as possible. Guests will be liable for breakages and damages caused to the property during the guests stay. All costs and repairs will be payable upon demand to the Booking Agent. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the stay. This means that the guests must wash and put away all crockery, glassware etc, dispose of all rubbish in wheelie bins outside, and sweep up all excess dirt and sand on floors. In the event that cleaning of the house exceeds the cleaning time allowance, the guest will be charged for the cost of excess cleaning at the rate of $38.00 per hour and this amount will be deducted from the bond or from the authorized credit card.

GUESTS PROPERTY
All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the Guest of any description shall be the risk of the Guest at all times and neither the Booking Agent nor the Owner accepts any responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.

RIGHT TO REVOKE OR REFUSE BOOKINGS
The Booking Agent and the Owner reserve the right to revoke or refuse to honour any property accommodation booking which may in the opinion of either party (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the Property concerned.

CHECK IN / OUT TIMES
Check in time is 1.00pm and Check out time is 11.00am. It is possible for an early check in time and we may be able to arrange a later check out time if needed. Please check with us on arrival.
